With true 4-wheel drive and our patented frame design, Zoom hugs the ground and grips any terrain — sand, snow, mud, hills, you name it. Lightweight at just 108 kg, it’s easy to roll, load, and go. SUV, pickup, small trailer? No problem. Add our premium aluminium ramps for even smoother transport.
Zoom gives you the speed to match your mood, up to 20 km/h (12.6 mph) when you're feeling fast, or dial it down to 10 or 5 km/h for a relaxed cruise. Perfect for keeping pace with a walking friend or gliding through the city.
Control is in your hands, literally. Drive with ease using arm-powered steering, and if needed, shift all controls to one side to suit your strength. And because we take safety seriously, we always recommend a helmet.

What is most fascinating about the hoss and the key to its intuitive handling is its ability to dynamically stabilize itself. A comparison with humans explains it best. If a human leans forward without moving his legs, he would fall on his face. In order to prevent the fall, the brain commands one leg to move forward right at that moment. So when you lean forward, you inevitably move forward, one step at a time. The hoss does the same thing, just with two wheels instead of legs. Powerful processors and electric motors take over the functions of the brain and muscles.

Maximum speed: 12,6 mph/20 km/h. With the Speed Selector you can reduce the speed to walking speed of 3 mph/5 km/h -medium speed (6 mph, 10 km/h) for comfort and convenience. If necessary, the top speed can be reduced to any number by reprogramming the four motors. You can also easily restrict the Speed Selector with a plug for maximum 3 mph / 5km/h or 6 mph / 10 km/h.

The Zoom has been assigned ISO-code 12.23.03 which stands for an electrical wheelchairs with manual steering. In the USA, the Zoom is considered an other power-driven mobility device (OPDMD) for recreational use. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), people with disabilities can use an OPDMD anywhere the general public. Contact your local authorities for more information or visit http://www.ada.gov/opdmd.htm In many European countries it is registered as a Medical device class 1 according to MDR/2017.

Yes, Zoomability AB, who is the company that has developed and produce Zoom Uphill, is registered as a medical device class 1 company, according to the medical device regulation (EU)2017/745 (MDR) since January 2021 by the Swedish notified body Läkemedelsverket. It is also tested by RISE in Sweden according to EN12184, "the electric wheelchair directive".
